Her dedication, drive, passion, and discipline transforms challenges into Serious Change.

She is a transformational leader in Customer Experience. She is driven by challenge, undeterred by obstacles, and committed to furthering standards of excellence. Her ability to build consensus among executive teams and stakeholders to promote transparency and influence positive change has been repeatedly proven.

With her initiative Hello Giving Back, Sara believes in making every dollar count for the greater good of all. She has developed and participated in many programs, including; The Her Shakti Project, The Challenged Athletes Foundation, Special Olympics, Yoobi, Livestrong, Disney voluntEARS, and the Appalachia Service Project.
